Delivery & Packaging

To ensure safe and secure delivery, our saunas are not pre-assembled. Each unit is shipped as precisely pre-cut and fully processed wooden panels and components, carefully packed in a sturdy wooden crate for maximum protection during transit.

DIY Installation

Every sauna comes with clear, easy-to-follow assembly instructions. With basic tools, you can comfortably assemble the sauna yourself.

Estimated Assembly Time (2 People)：
Standard models: 45–60 minutes | Barrel saunas: 1.5–2 hours
Please note: Installation time may vary by model and space, but with two people working together, assembly is generally quick and straightforward.

NOTE: Electrical connection not included. For safety reasons, we recommend that all electrical connections be completed by a licensed electrician.

Professional Installation

If you prefer a worry-free experience, you may choose our professional installation service. Our experienced technicians will handle the entire installation process, ensuring your sauna is secure, safe, and ready to enjoy.

Please note: Professional installation is available at an additional cost. You’re welcome to add these services at checkout, or feel free to contact us before shipment for a personalized quote.

Install in 3 Easy Steps

1. Position & Assemble

Place the sauna on a level, safe, well-ventilated surface and assemble the prefabricated panels.

2. Connect Power

The electrical wiring inside the sauna heater is pre-connected. A licensed electrician will only need to connect the power cable from the sauna heater to your home's main electrical switchboard.

3. Relax & Enjoy

Once everything is set up and tested, step inside and enjoy spa-level relaxation at home.
