Certification

Are your saunas certified for safety?

Yes. Our saunas are manufactured according to international safety and quality standards, 100% tested and certified to meet international safety requirements.

Which safety certifications do your saunas have?

Our saunas are certified by internationally recognized organizations, covering electrical safety, material quality, and sustainability:

  • Electrical Safety:
    SAA (Australia) and ETL (North America) ensure compliance with regional electrical and safety standards.

  • Product Testing & Quality Assurance:
    SGS and Eurofins verify product safety, performance, and material compliance through independent laboratory testing.

  • Sustainable Materials:
    FSC certification confirms that the wood used is responsibly sourced from sustainably managed forests.

These certifications ensure our saunas meet high standards for safety, reliability, and environmental responsibility across global markets.

Are your saunas environmentally friendly?

Yes. Our saunas are made from FSC®-certified wood, sourced from responsibly managed forests. All materials are non-toxic and free from harmful chemicals, ensuring a safe indoor environment. We prioritize renewable and sustainable resources, delivering a wellness experience that’s better for you and the planet.

How can I verify the certifications?

Product & Installation

Do your saunas come pre-assembled?

No, our saunas are delivered as wooden-pack kits for safe transport and easier installation. Each unit comes with detailed instructions and can be assembled within a few hours with basic tools.

Can I install the sauna myself?

Yes. Our saunas are designed for DIY installation. However, we recommend a licensed electrician for any electrical connection.

Do I need special flooring or ventilation?

Our saunas can be placed on most level, non-carpeted surfaces. Good ventilation is recommended, especially for indoor use.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship Australia-wide?

Yes. We offer standard shipping to most locations across Australia, including major cities and regional areas. Delivery to extremely remote locations may require additional transit time or incur a freight surcharge, which will be confirmed with you prior to dispatch

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship to select locations in New Zealand and the United States. Please contact us for a custom quote.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary by location. Most orders are delivered within 7-20 business days after dispatch.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes, once your sauna has shipped, you’ll receive an email with full tracking details.

Ordering & Warranty

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal now.

Do you offer warranties?

Yes. All our saunas come with a 3-year structural warranty and 1-year electrical & heater warranty. For more information, please refer to our Sauna Warranty Policy.

Can I return or exchange my sauna?

We accept returns on unused products in original packaging within 30 calendar days of delivery. For more information, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy.

Using Your Sauna

How long should a typical sauna session last?

We recommend 10–20 minutes per session, depending on your comfort level and sauna type. 

What’s the ideal temperature?

  • Traditional sauna: 70–90°C (158–194°F)
  • Infrared sauna: 45–60°C (113–140°F)

Can children or elderly people use the sauna?

Always consult a doctor before use if pregnant, elderly, or managing any health conditions.

Helpful Tips:

Stay well hydrated before and after your sauna session to avoid dehydration.
A cold shower after the sauna can help improve blood circulation.
If you have high blood pressure, heart conditions, or are pregnant, please consult a doctor before use.
Children should use the sauna only for a short time and must be supervised by an adult at all times.
