At Svala Sauna, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our saunas. All our products are built with premium materials and designed to withstand years of use. To ensure your peace of mind, we offer a comprehensive warranty for your investment.

1. Warranty Coverage

We provide the following warranty coverage for all outdoor and indoor saunas:

3-Year Structural Warranty
Covers major structural components including wall panels, roof elements, benches, and frames against manufacturing defects and structural failure.

1-Year Electrical & Heater Warranty
Covers electrical components, control panels, and sauna heaters (whether electric or wood-burning) against manufacturer defects under normal residential use.

2. What Is Covered

This warranty covers:

Defects in materials and workmanship

Structural failure due to natural usage

Malfunctions of included heaters and controllers (within the applicable warranty period)

3. What Is Not Covered

The following are excluded from warranty coverage:

Damage caused by improper installation or unauthorized modifications

Normal wear and tear, discoloration, or surface fading from weather exposure

Damage due to negligence, misuse, or lack of maintenance

Commercial or rental use unless explicitly approved in writing

Use of unapproved parts or accessories

4. Warranty Process

If you believe your sauna is experiencing a warranty-related issue:

Include your order number, photos/videos, and a description of the issue

Our service team will review your case and may request further details or an inspection

5. Resolution Options

Upon verifying a valid warranty claim, we may at our discretion:

Replace the defective part

Send a replacement unit (if applicable)

Offer a partial or full refund

Provide professional repair guidance

All replacement parts are shipped free of charge within the warranty period (in Australia).

6. Transferability

This warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and is non-transferable unless agreed in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in this warranty is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, Svala Sauna is not liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use or inability to use the product.
